The kids had a fantastic time at the water park, enjoying the slides and other attractions. The friendly staff ensured everything was smooth and pleasant during our stay. However, cleanliness could have been better, and we found some areas in need of attention. The dining options were decent, but not exceptional—notably, the cottage cheese was a highlight.

The character meet-and-greet with Gordy the Turtle was a highlight for the kids, and the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious options that kept everyone satisfied.

The indoor waterpark was fantastic for my granddaughter! She loved playing at Hank's Hangout, the huge interactive play structure, and we enjoyed the fun slides in the 38,000-square-foot space filled with water activities perfect for all ages.

My children wished for friendlier staff interactions, especially in the water area.

The whole place is wonderfully themed, making it feel like we were on a tropical adventure. The only hiccup was the pool temperature being a bit chilly for the little ones, but it didn’t dampen our fun! 🌊

Loved the wave pool and sliding down the Tropical Tube Slides. We played mini-golf and relaxed in the hot tub too. The staff was super nice and the breakfast had tons of options for everyone. Definitely a fun getaway!

I had an absolute blast enjoying the waterpark's amazing kid-friendly features! My kids were glued to the fun with interactive pirate ships and vibrant character meet-and-greets. Plus, the indoor mini-golf is a perfect way to sneak in some family bonding while having a blast!

great access to attractions and parks for city exploration

We had such a fun time exploring the nearby Follett House Museum and enjoying the beautiful views at the Sandusky Maritime Museum during our stay, and it was easy to stroll around with my kids since everything was just a short drive or walk away. the family room was spacious enough for us to relax after our daily adventures, but the dining options could use more variety.

Great match for exploring Sandusky with good value. The waterpark had a fun wave pool that kept my kids entertained. Try to visit on weekends for more attractions being open.

Awesome waterpark fun!

The grandkids couldn't get enough of the awesome waterpark. The room had a cool view, and we loved that there were plenty of spots to grab food. We even ordered pizza to the room, which was a hit! Just wished they had more snack options at the snack bar.

We had the best time enjoying the huge wave pool and heated whirlpool! The themed rooms and playful atmosphere kept our kids entertained. Plus, the kids' yoga class was a hit!
